LARGE AND DAMAGED ITEMS LEFT AT YOUR DOOR BY COURIER AND PACKAGING AND PRODUCT IS DAMAGED:

DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED BY YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE:
1. PLEASE KEEP ORIGINAL PACKAGING
2. Write 'RETURN TO SENDER' in big letters on the package
3. RETURN it to us VIA YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE
FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
IF YOU FIND THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE PURCHASED ARE NOT SUITABLE
1. You must not use the product before returning it.
2. Please return the item within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.
3. AFTER 30 days your refund will come in the form of a STORE CREDIT.
Please note: If you have ordered a wreath weighing over 2 kg or over, this item will be shipped via another courier separately at no additional cost.
